This initiative, part of a bilateral agreement between the governments of Sri Lanka and Israel, offers high-paying employment opportunities for skilled local professionals in a highly sought-after international market.

Selected candidates can look forward to a significant boost in income and a stable working environment:
- Monthly Salary: Earn over LKR 600,000 per month.
- Visa Validity: Successful applicants will receive a valid working visa for a period of 5 years.
- Current Success: In just the first two weeks of 2026, 107 caregivers have already departed for Israel. To date, a total of 2,656 Sri Lankans have secured employment under this specific agreement.
📋 Eligibility Criteria: Who Can Apply?
The SLBFE has set specific professional and educational requirements to ensure high standards of care:
- Age: Between 25 and 45 years.
- Education: Must have appeared for the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination.
- Professional Qualifications (Must meet one of the following):
- Completion of a Caregiving Course at the SLBFE or a registered training institute with an NVQ Level III certificate.
- At least 11 months of experience in the nursing profession.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Candidates must have completed the English language course conducted by the Bureau.
